What we commit to
Physically verifiable
Every unit has an asset label, a burn-in report and a serial number. Reports are archived against the serial for 5 years and can be re-issued any time.
Delivery has a date
Enquiries get a specific date within one business day, not a range. 72 hours of burn-in, racked 5 – 10 days after signature and hardware arrival, with customs and licence waiting excluded.
No hand-waving
Prices are written as ranges, not "ask us". Terms are written as numbers, not "case by case". What we do not commit to, where credits cap out, and when you should pick someone else are written out just as plainly.

Billed by the GPU-hour. Get running first, decide on buying later. Shipped to your facility, or left in our racks.
Space, power, cooling, uplink, spares and 7 × 24 staffing — the whole layer. Hardware you already own is welcome if it meets three requirements.
