Ship it to your facility, or leave it in our racks and let us run it. High-end GPUs are export-controlled, and cross-border delivery is conditional on the necessary licences.

Describe the workload, get a plan
You tell us what you need to run, for how long, and where. We come back with scale, configuration, unit price and a rack-ready date. Valid 7 days; scale is locked against that day's free capacity.
02 · Days 1 – 3
72 hours at full load
Temperature curves, memory ECC error counts, measured inter-GPU link bandwidth — each one logged. A machine that misses any of them is not racked and does not ship.
03 · Day 4
Racked here, or shipped to your site
In our racks: cabling, asset labels, unboxing and inspection photographed and archived. Shipped to you: install manual in the box, power on and go. The cross-border leg runs at the pace of customs and export licensing and is not counted in the lead time.
04 · Every month
One operations report
Uptime, minutes of power loss, intake temperature curve, ticket response times. Miss the contracted figure and the credit is automatic, deducted from the following month's invoice.

Ten units and up land at the bottom of the range. Freight, duty and customs handling are itemised on the quote, not folded into the unit price. Prices on this site are indicative ranges, are not an offer, and the quote governs.
Insured at 110% of goods value throughout; DDP handling is 2.5% of goods value. Transit days are the carrier's reference figures counted from hand-off; customs inspection and export licence waiting are excluded. Controlled items require an end-user and end-use declaration at order.
The warranty follows the serial number; written notice before transfer keeps it in force. We swap parts, we do not come to site. Past 10 business days in depot we replace with the same model or one no lower in specification; if the model is discontinued, we refund at prevailing residual value. We can assess and take back old hardware at the prevailing market price — that is not a buy-back commitment.

Those 4 – 21 days cover sourcing through to hand-off. How long customs inspection takes and whether an export licence is granted are not in our hands, so they were never counted — and the basis is stated here, not in the small print of a quote.

Where this line is the wrong answer
Under 12 months of demand — do not buy
One training-class machine costs roughly what 8 GPUs cost to rent flat out for a year at current rates, so the dividing line sits around 12 months — shorter than that, or still undecided on a GPU generation, and renting costs less. We work the line out against your actual term in the plan. This is a cost comparison and excludes depreciation, residual value and cost of capital; second-hand GPU pricing swings hard, so we make no residual forecast and you should not build one into a payback model.
