Space, power, cooling, uplink, spares, staffing — the whole layer
Three zones, 12 – 15 kW per rack, contained cold aisle, someone on site 7 × 24. Monthly uptime goes into the contract and missing it credits you automatically, capped at that month's hosting fee for that rack. Hardware you already own is welcome if it meets three requirements.

Two columns of equal width, side by side; the right one does not get pushed underneath. Setting the boundary before signing is much cheaper than setting it after something breaks.

- A/B utility feeds + UPS + generator, with minutes of power loss reported monthly at rack PDU level
- Contained cold aisle, running intake at 22 ± 3 °C and 40 – 60% RH
- 2 × 100 G uplink, direct peering with AMS-IX / DE-CIX / SGIX, BGP with your own IP range
- On-site part swaps: fitted and power-on tested within 4 hours of the spare arriving, 7 × 24 staffing
- Racking and de-racking, cabling, asset labels, unboxing inspection photographed and archived
- One monthly uptime report: minutes of power loss, intake temperature curve, ticket response times
✕ We are not responsible for
- Not your OS, drivers, CUDA or cluster scheduling — that is your operations boundary
- No hardware warranty on equipment you own, and no responsibility for its failure rate or lifespan: you supply spares, we fit them within 4 hours of arrival
- No data backup, and we do not touch your business data; we hold out-of-band management access only
- No end-to-end network latency commitment — only the rack-to-uplink-port segment
- No equipment above 12 kW per machine, and nothing that is not standard 19″ rack-mount
- No unplanned relocations; cross-zone migration is quoted per move and scheduled 14 days ahead
- No indirect loss for interrupted training or lost data and model weights; credits are capped at that month's hosting fee for that rack
- Force majeure and large-scale upstream carrier outages are excluded from the uptime measurement and generate no credit

How it is priced
Billed by the whole rack, not by U. With four 8 U training machines in one rack, that is roughly $540 – $650 per machine per month. Prices are indicative and move with zone, power density and term; the quote governs.

How you get racked
Three requirements for your own hardware: standard 19″ rack-mount, no more than 12 kW per machine, out-of-band management port. Customs and export licence waiting are not counted in those 5 – 10 days.

How you exit
Erasure is completed within 3 business days of arrival at our warehouse, with a certificate carrying the serial number.

Outage credits · automatic
Outage credits run automatically on monthly uptime and are deducted from the next invoice. You do not file a claim.
The measurement is actual minutes of power loss at the rack PDU. The four exclusions are set out in "How are hosting outages credited" below; force majeure and large-scale upstream carrier outages are excluded and generate no credit.

The 4 hours start when the spare arrives on site, not when you raise the incident — how long a spare takes to get there depends on supply, and that is in the contract annex. We hold common parts in stock at all three zones, so an on-site part only travels from the cabinet to the rack.
Where this line is the wrong answer
Physical access at will, or data that cannot leave your facility — do not host
The facility has no resident desks; site access needs 3 business days' notice and one of our engineers escorts you. If your team needs frequent hands-on work, or compliance requires data to stay in your own facility, buy the machines and keep them there.
